Our 30-day guarantee If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund. No need to return the item.
How to request a return or refund Contact us at hq@nine8.es with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item if damaged or incorrect
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 48 business hours with a solution.
Non-returnable items For health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened supplements or nutritional products
- Opened beauty or personal care products
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards
European Union — 14 day cooling off period If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
